Following the introduction of regulation by the Financial Services Authority, this is the Terms of Business that governs our relationship with regulated firms.
To view the literature you need to have Adobe Reader installed. If you don't already have it you can download if for free from the Adobe Reader website.
If you're a firm directly regulated by the Financial Services Authority and don't have an account with us but would like to apply for an agency to transact business with us, please print out this registration form.
You'll need to fill in the necessary details and send the document to Scottish Provident Sales Administration Team, 301 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G2 5PB.
