How to Make a Claim

When you're making a claim, it's likely to be a difficult time for you. That's why, at Scottish Provident, we want to keep the process as simple as we can - and give you the help and support you need.

We've put together a selection of easy-to-follow guides so you can see how our claims process works and what happens at each stage. Our dedicated, helpful Customer Care Team is there to make sure our claims process is as straightforward as possible.

It's also important for us to keep you updated on the progress of your claim. We'll keep your Financial Adviser updated too (if you've asked us to do so). This means we'll call you or your Financial Adviser (or both) on a regular basis to keep you in the picture.
